Hello Pharmacy Fam :) I’ve seen some conflicting published studies showing that pravastatin has much less of an effect on ALT, when compared to atorvastatin in comparable dosages. Obviously this is dependent on the patient… etc etc. But I couldn’t find anything comparing pravastatin or atorvastatin
