Nesina is a DPP4, like Januvia, Onglyza, and Tradjenta, but it is rarely used. It is available in combination with Metformin (Kazano) and Pioglitazone (Oseni). I am a retail pharmacist and don't see this medication prescribed often. I don't know a lot about this medication, relative to its DPP4
