* Hello /r/pharmacy ! * I was asked today to make a compounding preparation of oral erythromicin (in a solution), but well, erythromycin salt (especially estolate salt) seem to be hard to find in Canada. The only option we had was erythromycin base and this is not a good idea to make a solution with
