Can someone explain the point of this to me? Assuming you're treating cellulitis. Bactrim would cover both MRSA and MSSA...keflex would cover MSSA... So if you think there is a risk of MRSA why not just do Bactrim. Or, if you think MSSA why not just do Bactrim. Why do both? I did a quick uptoda
