I have been in pain management for 2 years following a bad mva. Ive had 5 surgeries, have surgery #6 in a week and a half and surgery #7 at the end of December. My current rx is 20mg a day of oxycodone (I only take 10-15 and am saving the rest for surgery in 10 days), 10mg a day of cyclobenzaprine

All 3 referrals I've had so far resulted in denials, on 900mg gabapentin 3 x daily, duloxetine 60mg per day, naproxen 500mg 2 x daily, cyclobenzaprine 10mg 2 x daily.
