HYDRALAZINE HYDROCHLORIDE AND ISOSORBIDE DINITRATE vs NITROGLYCERIN

I almost never see these medications dosed with a nitrate-free interval, in the outpatient setting. Is there a good reason for this? Edit: I mean like I see q8h dosing often
