I've been inpatient since Monday, and just received one of my discharge scripts...ummm there are many errors on It. Lord help me. NPH insulin 2 separate orders, one for am and 1 for hs, both the same amount, but dispense 3ml VIAL, with 2 refills each, sooo I guess that takes us up to 9ml, close en
