INSULIN DETEMIR vs INSULIN LISPRO

It seems like JCAHO, ASHP & USP aren’t crystal clear. I think the 42-days once opened would fly for a multi dose vial dedicated to a single patient. But once multiple patient doses are drawn from the same vial, the 28-day rule kicks in.
