... And that famotidine and nizatidine are both on very short supply. I checked the FDA recall site and didn't see any updates besides the one yesterday about two manufacturer's recalls.
While proton pump inhibitors are generally the main line of treatment for gerd these days, I'm curious about how the h2 antagonists like ranitidine, nizatidine, etc. compare to one another in terms of side effects and the prevalence of those effects.
