Got an RX written as TAC 0.1% cream. My first thought was protopic but it only comes as ung so it couldn't be that. I guess it could stand for triamcinolone acetonide cream but why write cream twice? I've never seen this acronym before and I am curious if you guys have seen anyone write like this. T

I was given Nystatin/Triamcinolone Acetonide 100000unit/g-0.1% Topical Ointment for vulvar and anal itching. So far I’ve had more anal irritation and itching since starting it. I am allergic to things in cream but the ointment is cleared by my allergist. Anyone have similar experience?
