So I got a prescription for oseltamivir 30 mg with instructions to take 1-2 tablets 6 times a day as needed. I called on it right away because that sig made no sense at all. I didn't even realize that the prescriber was a dentist until I called the office and was told he wasn't available right now.

Hey I’ve always dosed Tamiflu from 75bid to 30bid for crcl 30-60. Just had a guy telling me 75mg once daily is fine. Can’t find any articles to reflect that. Anyone have a reference on that? Or seen it? Thanks
