Got a script the other day for a whopping 1735 tablets of carbidopa-levodopa 25–100’s!!! (patient is on an unusually high dose, yes we verified w/ her neurologists) What quantity have you seen for a prescription thats made you go.... HUH????!

Would you call the physician if you get a patient that takes: Duloxetin 30 mg qd, Venlafaxin 150 mg bid, Mirtazapin 30 mg qd, Levodopa/Carbidopa 100/25 mg qid, Lorazepam 1 mg? The patient takes this combination for over a year already. What would you say/ask?
