Would you call the physician if you get a patient that takes: Duloxetin 30 mg qd, Venlafaxin 150 mg bid, Mirtazapin 30 mg qd, Levodopa/Carbidopa 100/25 mg qid, Lorazepam 1 mg? The patient takes this combination for over a year already. What would you say/ask?
