Today I was counseling a customer on Indomethacin and when I was done I asked him if he had any questions. He did but because of his accent when I asked if there were any reactions I heard he say “Any erections?”

Has any pharmacist seen such an indication for indomethacin? So it looks like this is used for headaches associated with sexual activity? But the most common side effect of indomethacin is headache! ​

I have a patient who is continuing on a compounded medication of dihydroergotamine 10 mg, indomethacin 50mg, metoclopramide 10mg, and caffeine 30mg. Has anyone heard of this combination or know anymore about it? Not even sure where to start writing this or anything.
