Yesterday I got an injection of ropivacaine and clonidine between the L2 and L3 vertebrae on the right side only. It definitely worked. In preparation for the block, I stopped taking doxazosin the day prior, in order to induce more symptoms on the day of the block than I normally experience. Indeed,
Yesterday I overcame my biggest fear: general anesthesia and surgery. This is my story hopefully it helps someone out there. I canceled my laparoscopic bilateral inguinal hernia repair, twice. The first time was approximately 10 years ago when I was a lot more asymptomatic. The cancelation was pure
This is pretty big for me and I'm trying not to get overly excited. It appears that 235mg pregabalin + 4mg doxazosin + 5mg cialis have sent me into partial remission. This is after a full decade of constant, unrelenting hard flaccid state, tightness, cold sensations, pain, you name it. I decided t

**Hello everybody**, As mentioned in the **Community Guide** linked, here is the post explaining what **HFS** is, summarizing the **Symptoms** from **most to least common, exploring Causes, Solutions and Resources.** I have incorporated sections from the **Wikipedia entry** and the **survey** conduc
I'm not sure where to go exactly. And I don't think my doctor or therapist fully know what's going on. I feel like I have to figure what's going on all on my own. So I'm fuckign exhausted. I worked my ass off and at the age of 25 ( 3 years ago) I finally got a job. No more distraction and that meant
Hi! Throwaway because reasons. I'm not sure if this is the right sub, but I'm trying to get just basic information regarding typical progression of a situation I'm experiencing. In my scenario, there is a 75 y/o male (140lb at last check) who has severe cervical spinal stenosis that has progressed
I understand the reasoning and logic behind it, but does it really change any prescribers habit? I see a ton of geriatric patients at my retail pharmacy who take a lot of these older medications with the high sedation side effects just because they're cheaper. Things like: Hydroxyzine/Promethazine D

So, prefacing this post with saying I can be considered an absolute newbie to pharmacy. I have a knowledge of things drug-related, and am pursuing a pharmacy degree. I happen to be confused. Everyone else doing tadalafil etc refills all day today? 😂 I bet half of these dudes are gonna strike out or a base hit at most 😅🤣🤣
I was picking up a shift from a rph callout for some overtime today and then a doctor sent over both nitrostat and tadalafil. I noticed that pt was on both rx for awhile and the regular staff just overrode it with no notes. Is there any valid medical reason to be on both? I’m just scratching my hea
I currently get my generic 40mg Vyvanse prescriptions from a healthcare facility that has a policy to urine drug test every quarter. This is to make sure that I'm taking the medication and not selling it. To my shock, the results from the lab showed that I tested negative for amphetamines. Is there
Not sure if anyone noticed but it looks like a couple new manufacturers started making Tadalafil tablets. Good RX now has a coupon for 30 x 5 mg for $30. It seems like overnight the price plummeted.
What do you guys think? What are you documenting if you would fill it?
The MHRA has decided to reclassify Tadalafil 10mg (as Cialis) as a P medicine. When marketed, it means it can be bought in a pharmacy without a prescription. A pharmacist is still expected to consult etc. the same as with Viagra.
Generic Cialis 20 mg (Tadalafil 20 mg by Prasco) is AB1 rated. Generic Adirca 20 mg (Tadalafil 20 mg by many manufactures) is AB2 rated. In an orange book state, if the Prescriber writes for Cialis 20 mg, can you give them the generic Adirca 20 mg, given that it's AB2 Rated? &#x200
However, the patient has been on this doing well. I’m wondering if there’s a lack of data? **edit: this is a dialysis patient Thanks!
